Warranty Information
Most of our chairs have a 2 year warranty for parts. If a replacement part is needed, simply contact us with your parts request, and your part will usually be shipped within 24 hours.
Returned Goods
Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return. The merchandise and cartons must be in NEW condition upon receipt in our warehouse.
All returned products will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the return shipping fees.
Shipping Information
MobileConcepts offers free shipping on all office chairs. If you require any additional services, such as a liftgate or inside delivery, additional charges may apply.
Shipments sent to subsidiary islands within the Contiguous United States may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Most Orders will Ship within One (1) Business Day.
All Products ship RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) unless otherwise specified.
